AUGUST 2026 MISSION REPORT
A Month of Evangelism, Discipleship, Leadership and Kingdom Growth
Greetings to you and yours. I trust this report finds you well. August 2026 was a month filled with remarkable evangelistic opportunities, spiritual growth, leadership development, challenges, and abundant blessings from God.
The month began with a great harvest of souls. On August 2, during worship at Church of Christ, Obon Odor, one soul obeyed the Gospel and was baptized into Christ. On August 9, I preached on “Unity” during the Friendship Service at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong. A denominational women leader, Better Johnson, responded to the Gospel and was baptized into Christ.
From August 11–14, I joined thousands of Christians at the 72nd Annual Bible Lectureship of the Nigerian Christian Bible College (NCBC), where I had the privilege of working with Chad Wagner, his wife Rena, and their team. I also served as one of the guest speakers, presenting “Evangelism Reset: Be Intentional.” The four-day Lectureship recorded 113 baptisms, demonstrating the power of the Gospel and the importance of intentional evangelism.
One of the outstanding highlights was the conversion of Dr. Idong Udousung, a University Professor, who responded to my invitation to attend the Lectureship. After further Gospel teaching and an introduction to Chad Wagner and his team, he became convinced and obeyed the Gospel, being baptized into Christ the same day. This brought the NCBC total to 114 souls. Greg Kirk, one of Chad Wagner’s mission partners, witnessed the baptism at the river. I presented Dr. Udousung with a Bible, and he returned home rejoicing.
Another major milestone was the presentation of my new book, TIME MANAGEMENT IN MINISTRY, during the NCBC Lectureship. Many brethren obtained copies, while others requested additional copies. I am praying for resources to print more copies to support effective leadership and ministry growth. I also led a session on the book’s subject at a Preachers’ Forum on August 15.
The harvest continued at home and in the mission field. On August 16, two souls were baptized at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong, following a sermon by Timothy Iwe, with me serving as interpreter. On August 17, I responded to a Macedonia call from a Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team member and travelled about 30 kilometers, resulting in the baptism of Uduak Uda, a denominational church choir leader.
On August 20, our Ukanafun WBS Evangelism Team held its third-quarter planning meeting, reviewing previous activities and planning December 2026 evangelism, a November team fellowship, and Bible Seminars/Evangelism in ten locations in 2027. Copies of TIME MANAGEMENT IN MINISTRY were also freely distributed to team members and Bear Valley Bible Institute students.
Five preachers with our Evangelism Team reported seven additional baptisms in August, alongside other forms of spiritual growth.
On August 30, I preached “How to Dwell and Walk in Unity” at Church of Christ, Ikot Odiong. Ekemini Mojima ministered in song and collection, while Emem Mojima taught the children’s Bible class. Later, I led eleven youths to a Youth Bible Seminar at Township Church of Christ, Ikot Esa, where the youths actively participated in preaching.
Total Baptisms for August 2026: 127 Souls.

My Mission Needs:
* I plan for a short missionary trip to Liberia and Sierra Leone in December 2026 to follow-up with my 2024 and 2025 mission that was fruitful with some moslems obeying Christ. I need funds for Air travel.
* I need funds for help more printing of my new book Time Management in Ministry to help strengthen Church leadership.
* I and my wife Ekaette plan to attend the 2027 Africa Claiming African for Christ (ACAC) and Nairobi Kenya in June next year. I need funds for Air travel and conference registration. She has always been staying home alone while I walk the jungle areas, we are 21 years together and she is a great blessing for me in my ministry.
* My Car is growing old and cannot function effectively to help my busy schedule in Christ kingdom, please I need help for another to help me function more effectively in transportation and in ministry.
* Some of our Preachers needs Motorcycles to help with their rural transportation and Evangelism.
* Some of our newly planted churches needs Church buildings as they are meet for worship in rented apartments and some at public schools/village square building which is affecting Church activities.
