Gospel Report in Ondo City, June – August, 2024.
Dear loving brethren,
l am delighted to write this Gospel report to you, my beloved brethren! l believe in God that all is well with the brethren at Katy! l sincerely appreciated the love of God demonstrated through the Katy Church to me and my ministry in Christ! Thank you so much for your love, care, and support! Our God will continue to uphold the Church at Katy with His immeasurable grace and blessings from Him in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Baptisms: In the course of the months under reportage, l was able, through the help of God, to have baptized 5 souls! One of them is my son, Paul! All glory be to God Almighty.
Award: I blessed the name of the Lord God Almighty for the award giving to me by West Nigeria Christian College and School of Biblical Studies, Abeokuta, (WNCC). This award is the Alumni award for my professionalism in the field of preaching and a moral booster for the upcoming preachers! I dedicated this award to all the brethren at Katy for their prayers, love, and support for me over the years! Thank you for helping me to find my footings! My first son, Adams, graduated from Bear Valley Bible Institute, Ibadan last Saturday! All glory be to God Almighty, Amen.
Masters Bible Degree Program: As l have informed my beloved brethren, l just returned from Ghana for two weeks where l am undergoing the Masters Bible Degree Program from Bear Valley Bible Institute, Ghana. I thank God, l have scale through the first year of study! l still need your prayers for traveling mercies whenever l will be going for the remaining program come next year again. l attached a picture of our instructor, Ass. Prof. Jerry Bates with my classmate after class last Friday before returning to Nigeria.
Bear Valley Bible Institute: As a coordinator, the school program is going on well; our students are much closer to their fourth year of studies! All the instructors and students are doing well to the glory of God. Lord willing, the school will organize their third annual Bible lectureship on 21st September, 2024!
Radio Program: Our Gospel program on the radio is ongoing! Prospects from the program visit the church week in, week out with two of our prospects being baptized last month! We are still in touch with several other prospects! We hope they will give their souls to God in repentance, Amen.
Television Preaching: As l write this report, we have aired 76 television preaching programs! After the program on television every Sunday, l also, post the video to my Facebook page every week! We are using every available means to propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
World Bible School (WBS) Report: Few weeks ago, a brother from the USA sent a prospect’s name through online WBS for follow up! We followed up with him and discussion is still ongoing with the prospect here in Ondo City! I covet your prayers for the man to submit himself to God totally!
Challenge: As l have reported some months back, we are working on a mandate to establish a local Church of Christ in Ondo City! We have succeeded with one out of seven earmarked for Church planting! We want to establish the Church at Sabo Orimolade this year! We are working on this Gospel project. We hope in God to materialize this dream before the end of this year! We need hymns books, communion trays and any support for the actualization of this work of God. Any help would be appreciated with thanksgiving.
Dear loving brethren, l truly appreciated your support and words of encouragement always given to me! it has been like a tonic for my body! Please, keep praying for me to successfully preach the undiluted Gospel to my generation. l am always grateful for your help and leadership!
