The month of August 2024 was really a busy one with many baptisms in the Lord’s Kingdom.
- The four-day gospel lectureship at the Nigerian Christian Bible College (NCBC) Ukpom, Abak, had many people in attendance including American missionaries led by Chad Wagner and witnessed 65 souls added to the Lord’s kingdom.
- Similarly, the four-day youth Gospel forum at Ikot Usen Ibiono witnessed 45 baptisms with many youth in attendance.
- Adiasim Ikot Ekon in Essien Udim Local Government Area (L.G.A), Akwa Ibom State. had 1 baptism.
- Ikot Akpan Osom, in Essien Udim, also had 1 baptism.
- There were 2 baptisms at Ikot Udobong, in Etim Ekpo, Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
- Ikot Oku Ikono, in Uyo L.G.A, had 2 souls added to the Lord’s Church during the month.
- Central Church of Christ, Abak, brought 1 soul to Christ.
- Five people were added to the Lord’s church at Ebom Avenue Church of Christ, Abak.
- At Ono community, Ibiono L.G.A, there was 1 baptism.
- Nkek Abak, in Ukanafun L.G.A, had 1 baptism.
- The World Bible School (WBS) Seminar at Itung Mbang in Uruan L.G.A had no baptism.
- Evangelism at Ikot Abasi Village in Ikot Abasi L.G.A, had 1 baptism.
- Ikot Ekpeyak Ikono in Uyo also had 1 baptism.
A few pictures are attached. I am very sorry to inform you that my smart android phone which I have been using to store pictures and some baptisms of events was stolen. I am in need of funds to buy another one to help me in the work. My previous camera is not functioning.
The WBS Seminars and Evangelism which we normally conduct in some areas have created Bible awareness and many people are converted through this method of evangelism and World Bible School (WBS) teaching. The Bibles we distribute to the WBS students encourage many people to be enrolled into WBS Teaching. Many people are requesting that the WBS Seminar and Evangelism should be conducted in their areas. Please sir, any financial assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
My car is helping so much in evangelism work, but it is having some problems.
The 2025 WBS Follow Up Workers Great Workshop will be held at Ogoja in the 3rd week of February 2025.
