Sunday Solomon Udoh’s January 2024 Report
The year 2024 started very well with an indication that the Lord’s work will continue to grow more and more. I am sending a brief report of what happened in the month of January, 2024 in the following areas:
The first day of January, 2024 witnessed one World Bible School (WBS) student baptized at Atai Otoro after some periods of Bible Studies and follow up.
At Ikot Odiong in Ukanafun Local Government Area (LGA), although there was a vehicle challenge on the way which made the trip very stressful, uncomfortable and expensive,I am happy to report of 7 baptisms during the 3 day WBS seminar/evangelism in the area on 11-13 January, 2024.
Ikot Ekpeyak Ikono, had 4 baptisms
Uyo correctional center 4 baptisms
Ikot Oku Mfang, Abak 2 baptisms
The WBS follow-up workers Great Workshop 2024 took place at the Nigerian Christian Bible College Ukpom, Abak in Akwa Ibom State between 23 and 26 January, 2024. More than six hundred people attended the workshop including Brian Davis, the president of WBS and his wife Sandra, brother Archer Honey as well as Chad Wagner.
After effective indoor Bible lectures and open air preaching around some areas in Akwa Ibom State, the workshop was ended on 26th January, 2024 with 4 souls being added to the Church through baptism.
Obot Akara – 4 baptisms
Ikot Akpabio Afahaobong Abak, had 1 baptism during the visit of the missionaries to the area.
Ibesit Ekoi in Oruk Anam LGA, 3 baptisms.
The WBS seminar/evangelism at Two towns Church of Christ, Manta/Midim Abak had 1 baptism. Brian Davis and his wife, Chad Wagner and Archer Honey were in attendance. The total attendance during the seminar was not less than two hundred people.
