I thank God for His Grace and abundance mercies to serve in His vineyard. I thank you my beloved supporters and benefactors for providing the necessary funds for me to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to save the lost and edify the saints which has resulted in many baptisms – 20 baptisms and 2 restorations in the month of October. You have helped me to travel outside Nigeria for mission work. Thank you and may God bless you and your families in Jesus name, Amen.
THE AFRICA CLAIMING AFRICANS FOR CHRIST (ACAC) 2025
Through your generous support, I was able to attend the ACAC Conference at Sierria Leone, Freetown. I left Nigeria on the 17th October with our team and travelled to Monrovia, Liberia. We worshipped there in a small congregation at Monrovia and had a great fellowship with the brethren.
We proceed to Freetown, Sierra Leone on 20th October for the ACAC Conference. It had an inspiring theme “STRATEGIES FOR EFFECTIVE CONTINENTAL AND GLOBAL EXECUTION OF MATTHEW 28:18-19”. Delegates from 10 African countries including USA gathered in Freetown. The conference featured lectures, panel discussions, country reports, meal fellowship and networking opportunities. There was no dull moment. Our five-day packed conference included visit to Fourah Bay College University established 1827, West Africa’s first university, Sierra Leone, Peace Museum, Slave Trade Historic Centre and Atlantic Beach.
We used the opportunity to share the gospel which resulted in nine (9) baptisms which were 3 police officers at the conference venue in Freetown.
2 souls were baptized at Church of Christ, BO City where I worshipped on Sunday.
4 souls were baptized at Kenema district making a total of nine (9) baptisms.
The WBS Abak Team also reported eleven baptisms and one restoration in the month of October.
This trip to Sierra Leone has reopened doors for foreign students to come to NCBC from next year, because after distributing NCBC Brochure, they picked interest. I was glad to meet with John Muhire from Hillsboro Church of Christ who gave me some seeds to plant and $70 for my welfare. I also met with Peter Barnet, a missionary in Freetown supported by Hillsboro Church of Christ.
Next ACAC conference will be in South Africa, 2027. There will be an Evangelism outreach (2026) in Rwanda, Cameroon and Zimbabwe. I am interested in Rwanda where John Muhire comes from.
A WBS student by name Akaninyene Akpan, student of Jeff Dunham of East Pointe Church of Christ, Tusc Alabama was baptized on Sunday, November 2nd, we give glory to God. I traveled alongside with Joe Obinna, the Provost of NCBC Ukpom to Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Friday, November 7th to Saturday, November 8th. We presented papers at a Youth Forum at Church of Christ Abuloma. I was assigned to speak on the topic “NOTHING BETWEEN” under the theme “AT THE CROSSROAD, THE POWER OF CHOICE”. The forum had a large attendance of young people and one soul was baptized into Christ.
Yesterday, 12th November, I witnessed the commissioning of clean water provided by The Healing Hands International to Church of Christ, Ikot Imoh, Midim through my recommendation. Thank you Healing Hands International.
Once again, thank you very much for your prayers and financial support.
May God bless you all.
